Service Description
Connect via video call and receive personalized attention from an architect to resolve any maintenance questions requiring urgent guidance. Show me the area or problem in real time (dampness, leaks, cracks, finish defects, space distribution, etc.) and receive a clear technical opinion with concrete steps to resolve it. If possible, and if we have staff available in your area, we can schedule a technical visit to address the issue (cost varies depending on the repairs required).
Cancellation Policy
a) There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. b) Consultations are online, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes. c) Punctuality is key: time lost due to lateness will not be compensated. d) FARQstudio may reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances, notifying you and offering new dates. e) The published price does not include VAT. This tax will be added at checkout. It does not constitute a formal technical opinion, nor does it replace an on-site professional inspection or a specialized technical report. For an accurate diagnosis, it is recommended to schedule a technical visit or the corresponding complementary services.
