Service Description
Connect via video call and receive personalized attention from an architect to resolve any questions you may have about maintenance, remodeling, new construction, or architectural projects. Show me the area or problem in real time (dampness, leaks, cracks, finishing defects, space distribution, etc.) and get a clear technical opinion with concrete steps to resolve it. Ideal for making informed decisions, avoiding unnecessary expenses, and having expert guidance before starting any project. If needed, the session can lead to an on-site visit (at an additional cost, refundable upon contracting the service).
Cancellation Policy
a) There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. b) If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. c) Consultations are online and last a maximum of 30 minutes. d) Punctuality is key: time lost due to lateness will not be compensated. e) FARQstudio may reschedule the session due to force majeure, notifying you and offering new dates. f) The published price does not include VAT. This tax will be added at checkout. It does not constitute a formal technical opinion, nor does it replace an on-site professional inspection or a specialized technical report. FARQstudio is not responsible for decisions made solely based on what is discussed during the video call. For an accurate diagnosis, it is recommended to hire a technical visit or the corresponding complementary services.
