St. Peter's Square

Remodeling, adaptation, and expansion project for a single-family home located in the 3rd Section of Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan, State of Mexico. The project aimed to update a house over 50 years old to adapt it to the needs and lifestyle of a contemporary family of four.

The challenge for the proposal was to transform the existing spaces and expand the architectural program with a functional, aesthetic, and efficient approach, maintaining the original structure while projecting a modern design that is coherent with the surroundings, and at the same time, repositioning the property's value in the market.
