Complete renovation of a residence located in a residential area. The project began with addressing a leak in the basement, but as the diagnosis and proposal progressed, the clients decided to expand the scope to a complete transformation. Exterior areas, bathrooms, and ceilings were renovated, and all floor and wall finishes were replaced, significantly improving the aesthetic, functional, and livable quality of the property.
