Complete renovation and adaptation project for a 1960s house located in Coyoacán, Mexico City. The goal was to completely transform the property, enhancing its value as a contemporary real estate offering without losing its original essence.

We expanded the existing architectural program and used traditional materials combined with artisanal techniques, achieving a warm and functional renovation. In addition, we incorporated modern infrastructure and technology systems, paying attention to every detail to optimize the investment and keep costs affordable.
