Casa Pérez

Residential single-family home project, with 450 m² of construction, located in the north of Mexico City. The design stems from the needs of a family of four (two adults, a boy, and a girl). The main challenge was integrating the existing vegetation on the site into the overall functionality of the house and its visual focal points.
