Chayrez-Orozco House

Remodeling and expansion of a residential-level home, located in one of the most exclusive areas of the State of Mexico. The project involved a 400 m² reconfiguration of the property, including changes to finishes and materials in public areas and bedrooms, conversion of the existing basement into a bar and game room, and construction of a spacious terrace in the garden, with an outdoor grill, covered by an L-shaped metal pergola.
